Watch Pictet make history in the Swiss banking industry by launching the first internal, GPT-powered platform to over 5,000 employees. The groundbreaking technology is co-developed with Unique and leverages the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services.
This rollout enables Pictet employees to experience the power of One.Chat, which is what Pictet are calling the platform internally.
One.Chat is two-facetted: on the one hand, it allows easy access to all internal information through a chat interface, and on the other, it gives Pictet employees the chance to access all ChatGPT capabilities that stretch far beyond regulatory documents. Unique’s security-first approach allows the finance industry to use generative AI technology without stressing over data security and protection. In fact, by utilizing Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Unique adheres to the highest security standards, which also ensures no client data is hosted outside of Switzerland.
Pictet employees can now benefit from the latest GenAI capabilities, including generating draft content, summarizing, translating, and more. They can also quickly access regulatory compliance data, IT help-desk related answers and other internal information.
Although the launch was recent, the results are impressive. Over 3,000 employees have used One.Chat and a staggering 1,200 use the platform weekly.
